Notes - “[Benton] was a graduate of the University of Alabama and Baylor College of Dentistry. Upon completing dental school in 1944, he was commissioned a Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, serving in the European Theatre until the end of World War II.
“Dr. Vinzant served as an elder and superintendent of the Sunday School at Rosemont Christian Church. He was a 50 year member of Landmark Masonic Lodge, a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of Hella Shrine Temple.” [6]
