    • “…[Rhonda] was reared and educated in Salt Lake City, Utah and had lived in Ft. Hood, Texas; Denver, Colo.; Provo and Orem, Utah. She had lived in Syracuse the past 13 years.

      “She graduated from Skyline High School in 1972. She attended BYU and was currently attending Weber State University where she was an Honors Student majoring in Music Education. She was an active member of the Syracuse 2nd LDS Ward, and had grown up in the Canyon Rim 4th LDS Ward. She had served in the Stake Primary presidency, and ward Relief Society presidency, as Young Womens president, on the Relief Society Stake board, as a Cub Scout Den leader, and was currently serving as Primary teacher. She was a member of the Tabernacle Choir and a member of the Layton Arts Chorale Ensemble. She had served on the Syracuse Elementary PTA board. She was a loving person to all who knew her.” [1]
