Notes - “She was very devoted to her family and friends. She had a very close fondness for her grandchildren. She was known to them lovingly as "Grandma Duck". She enjoyed life. She was an excellent seamstress, working professionally as a "power serger" at Kathleen Louise Mfg. in Spokane. She loved to cook. Her specialty was Mexican food. In the early 1960's both she and Bill owned a Mexican restaurant called "Pancho's" which was across from the old Coliseum. They both loved to travel. They frequently went to the Oregon Coast staying at Lincoln City. In 1959 Jeannine dedicated her life to Jehovah God and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. As a dedicated Witness she was active in the door to door ministry telling others her hope from the Bible. She was very active in doing this until her health began failing her some time ago. Jeannine's hope was to live on a paradise earth in good health with her family. She had a firm belief in the resurrection as promised by Jesus at John 5:28,29.” [1]
