  Stephanie attended Brushy Creek Elementary School, Chisolm Trail Middle School and Pflugerville High School. She was christened at Grace Episcopal Church in Georgetown, Texas, where her mother practiced her faith, but Stephanie was confirmed and practiced her faith at St. Philip’s United Methodist Church in Round Rock. She was a charter member of the Captain James Burleson Chapter of the Children of the Republic of Texas. She often volunteered as a docent for special functions at the French Legation Museum in Austin. Stephanie was also an active member of the Round Rock Chapter of Alateen.
